The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office announces the arrest of 19-year-old Kyree Roney of Elmira for two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree, a Class C Felony, following an assist to the Chemung County Probation Department in the Town of Southport.
