What do you think, would you quit your day job to start a small farm?

No.

Doing something like this, even on a smaller scale than Salatin’s farm, requires more than one set of hands on a daily basis. As such, I would have never been able to get something like that off of the ground, no matter how much I might want to when I was younger.

At this stage of life? No. I want to be more self-sufficient and do more, and may to a small degree. But any fleeting delusions of having a giant farming operation are tempered by what my body allows any given day.
