Watching this video is not only nostalgic fun, it's also interesting because for me, the time period for playing these games in an actual arcade is 1981 mostly Pac Man ) to 1983 ending with Dragon's Lair. I have no real memory of any of the games that came after that other than playing them on a home system.

1982 seems to be the sweet spot when it comes to the games considered "classics" to have been released. Again, it's interesting to me that the games released so early in the decade are the ones that are the most memorable.
