Waverly Man Arrested For Allegedly Stealing Tools

A Waverly man has been arrested and charged with several felony charges after police say he stole nearly $6,000 worth of tools from an area business.

Waverly Police say 27 year old Brandon A. Sidonio stole $5,800 worth of tools and other items from a trailer owned by John H. Murray and Sons in late October 2025.

Sindonio was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, burglary and crminal trespass, all of which are felonies. He was also charged with one count of disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

He was sent to Bradford County Jail on $75,000 bail.
