The Elmira Police Department is requesting the assistance of the public to be on the look out for a vulnerable missing adult.

Vicki L Gullo, who was last known to be in the 200 block of S Hoffman Street near McDowel Place around 3:00 PM on November 29th, 2025.

Vicki Gullo is described as a 64-year-old white female, approximately 5ft 2in tall, with no known clothing description at this time.

Her vehicle was located at a residence in the 200 block of South Hoffman St Kerry unoccupied, with all her belongings in the vehicle. Ms. Gullo is believed to have limited mobility and likely to be within the surrounding area of where her vehicle was located.

The Elmira Police Department is asking anyone who lives in the area to check their back yards, garages, and outbuildings for Ms. Gullo, as well as any security cameras for someone matching her description.

Due to Ms Gullo’s current medical status and current weather conditions, she is considered to be a vulnerable adult in need of medical attention.

If anyone has any information regarding the whereabouts or status of Vicki Gullo, they area advised to contact the Elmira Police Department at 607-737-5626, or the Chemung County 911 Non-Emergency Line at 607-735-8600.

Pretty sure I used to work with her. Her daughter is still an employee.
