November 12, 2025Nov 12 I wonder if people who have saved pennys over the years will someday be rich lol.

They said on the radio that there's an estimated 250 billion, maybe more, in circulation. I wonder what the effect would be if people hoarding them put them back into circulation tomorrow. What kind of difference would that make?
November 16, 2025Nov 16 If you plan on holding on to pennies for potential value save the pennies minted in 2025, the last time they’re minted. Also, Pennie’s from 1982 and earlier will be more valuable as those pennies were all copper.
November 25, 2025Nov 25 Apparently some 2025 pennies got released with an omega symbol on them so keep an eye out for one of those.
November 25, 2025Nov 25 Stopped at Jubilee today after Hubby’s Dr. apt. for some white chocolate raspberry coffee creamer. They were out but I did get two cafe mocha creamers. Used self checkout and a sign said that price would be rounded up due to penny shortage. So $5.98 became $6.00. That doesn’t seem right, change your product prices to end in 5. Instead of rounding up try rounding the price down. $2.99 to $2.95.

Jubilee's overall stock has been seriously lacking Edited November 26, 2025Nov 26 by Mike
November 26, 2025Nov 26 The solution is simply change the prices to end in 5 or 10. But keep in mind there’s no way in hell they’re going to round down. 2 minutes ago, Mike said:Jubilee's overall stock has been seriously lackingI think they’re under new management? I’ve seen a couple social media posts advising that they’ve gotten new deliveries so maybe they’re trying to find the right ordering schedule?

Even the "fresh frozen" baked good racks are pretty sparse

Dave is a great guy & always ran the place really well, so I doubt he isn't paying his bills. Maybe he is hesitant to buy a lot if he is in the middle of a sale.
