According to police, Wilson was arrested after an investigation revealed he allegedly made hundreds of phone calls to a female subject in Wayland, N.Y., while he was incarcerated in the Steuben County Jail on an unrelated charge.  Wilson allegedly made these phone calls while knowing there was an order of protection in place preventing him from communicating with the female subject.

Wilson was arraigned in the town of Bath court and remanded back to the Steuben County Jail, with no chance of bail, due to prior felony convictions.

If this guy is in jail, how is he able to make so many phone calls in the first place?!?

It seems like a call to the jail when she first started getting these calls would have put an end to it.
