About ARS76

  1. No kidding... It seems like very few people in Elmira know this! The light at Water and Madison goes out several times a year and I always see people flying through the intersection... 😱
  2. What a shock... The info on Facebook is not correct 😲
  3. So it seems to me that the fancy light display signs at the arena, and to a lesser degree, the Clemens Center, are way too bright! Especially when the screen is mostly white. I find out very distracting when it flips screens and the other night i had a very difficult time seeing people in the crosswalk near the arena... I only saw then as they approached the center of the road... the same road I was driving on. The light was so bright there was no seeing them prior to that. Very scary! Are there regulations that address signs like this so close to roads?
